Welcome to Solvana Yoga. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.solvanayoga.com (the "Website") and our yoga studio services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Solvana Yoga ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access or use our Services.

Use of the Website and Services

Eligibility

Our Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or to minors who have obtained parental or guardian consent. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of our Services in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"
  • Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access our Services
  • Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our Services
  • Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
  • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through our Services
  • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from our Services
  • Using our Services for any commercial solicitation purposes
  • Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Violating any applicable law or regulation

Classes and Memberships

Booking and Cancellations

Classes may be booked online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

For regular classes, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time to avoid being charged for the session. For private sessions and workshops, we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Memberships and Packages

Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Monthly memberships are auto-renewing unless cancelled according to our cancellation policy.

Monthly memberships can be frozen once per year for up to 30 days for illness, injury, or travel. Annual memberships include two freeze options per year. Please contact our front desk for specific situations.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit cards, and payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.

Health and Safety

You acknowledge that participation in yoga activities involves inherent risks, including injury. You agree to the following:

  • You are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from safely participating in yoga activities.
  • You will follow all instructions provided by the instructor and the studio regarding safety practices.
  • You will inform the instructor of any physical limitations, medical conditions, injuries, or other factors that may affect your ability to participate before each class.
  • You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in yoga activities.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Solvana Yoga and its licensors. The Website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Solvana Yoga.

User Content

Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such material on and through our Services. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Solvana Yoga, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services;
  • Any content obtained from our Services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Solvana Yoga and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of our Services;
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our Services.
